Key Responsibilities: Sourcing & Outreach Use platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking events to find candidates. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline. Candidate Screening & Selection Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications. Coordinate with hiring managers to make final decisions. Employer Branding Promote the company as a great place to work. Represent the company at career fairs and events. Analytics & Reporting Track metrics like time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness. Analyze trends to improve recruitment practices.
