Job Description

Location: Indore, India (Onsite)Experience: 3-5 Years (Immediate Joiner)Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Role Summary:We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Senior Executive Human Resources to manage end-to-end employee onboarding, address employee grievances with sensitivity and professionalism, and assist in day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, people-focused, and able to maintain confidentiality. Key Responsibilities Onboarding & Induction:Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new hires.Ensure completion of documentation, system access, and induction sessions.Act as a point of contact for new employees during the onboarding journey. Employee Relations & Grievance Handling:Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and professional manner.Mediate and resolve conflicts where necessary.Maintain a positive, respectful, and compliant workplace culture. HR Operations:Maintain and update employee records.Support HR audits and compliance documentation.Assist with payroll coordination and attendance tracking. Policy & Compliance:Ensure adherence to HR policies and company guidelines.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee data. Engagement & Communication:Organise employee engagement initiatives and feedback sessions.Foster a healthy work environment through clear and open communication. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.3-5 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.Prior experience in a fast-paced, growing startup or scale-up environment will be a plus.Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.Excellent communication and documentation abilities.Familiarity with labour laws and HR best practices.Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools is a plus.
