We have a Job opportunity for International Sales Executive with one of our client basedout of Kolhapur, Maharashtra. Experience: 5+ years in International Sales (Preferably in Electromechanical) ***Industry: Electromechanical, Automotive Components, or Electrical Products*** Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Sales Manager (US) to drive global business expansion, develop strategic partnerships, and increase market penetration for our electromechanical product range. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international B2B sales, account management, and an in-depth understanding of global trade practices. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Identify and develop new international markets, distributors, and key accounts for electromechanical products. Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and industrial clients worldwide. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth. Client Relationship Management: Manage and expand relationships with existing international clients and distributors. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and agreements to maximize profitability. Provide technical product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers. Market Expansion & Strategy: Explore potential business opportunities in emerging international markets. Coordinate with marketing teams for promotional activities, trade shows, and exhibitions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Production, Logistics) to meet customer demands. Sales Operations & Compliance: Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export documentation, and foreign trade policies. Manage end-to-end sales processes, including quotations, orders, and payments. Work closely with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Key Requirements: Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, International Business, or a related field. MBA in Sales/Marketing (preferred). Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in international sales of electromechanical products (motors, relays, switches, actuators, etc.). Experience dealing with global OEMs, industrial buyers, and distribution networks. Knowledge of export documentation, INCOTERMS, and international trade regulations. Skills: Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and ERP systems. Ability to travel internationally as required. Multilingual proficiency (preferred but not mandatory).
