Job Title: Executive / Sr. Executive MIS Location: Hyderabad, Telangana Company: MS Agarwal Foundries Pvt Ltd Experience Required: 3 to 6 Years Gender Preference: Male Candidates Only Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days a Week) Employment Type: Full-Time (On-Site) Job Summary: MS Agarwal Foundries Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced Executive / Sr. Executive MIS to manage and streamline our Management Information Systems. The ideal candidate should be proficient in advanced Excel functions, Power BI, and data visualization, with a strong ability to deliver accurate, timely, and insightful reports that support business decisions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain accurate MIS reports and dashboards on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Analyze large data sets to provide actionable insights for various business functions. Create and maintain Power BI dashboards for real-time reporting and business performance tracking. Perform data validation, ensure accuracy and consistency of reports. Use advanced Excel functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Macros for efficient data analysis and report automation. Collaborate with different departments to understand reporting requirements and deliver customized solutions. Ensure timely preparation and distribution of MIS reports to stakeholders and senior management. Identify gaps or inconsistencies in data and resolve issues to improve data quality. Support internal audits, compliance documentation, and management presentations as needed. Mandatory Skills: Advanced Excel : Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, and Macros. Power BI : Dashboard creation, DAX functions, data modeling, and real-time reporting. Data Visualization : Ability to present complex data in a simple and clear format for decision-makers. Data Validation & Cleaning : Ensuring integrity and accuracy of data before analysis and reporting. ERP Exposure : Working knowledge of ERP tools (SAP, Tally, Oracle, etc.) is an added advantage.
