About the job: Role: Senior Executive - Returns Operations Key responsibilities: 1. Coordinate and train the 3PL employees on the return processing 2. Coordinate with the logistics partners and marketplace channels on the return shipment's arrival at the warehouse as per the ASN 3. Constant track of pending shipment and follow up with respective channels for the acknowledgement of the ship date 4. Coordinate with the 3PL partner and plan the capacity to process returns without any backlogs 5. Ensure the standard defined process has been followed while doing the return process as per the Marketplace channel SLA and SOP 6. In case of any shortage or defects, arrange the proper proofs and raise a SPF claim within the agreed time. 7. Coordinate with the Internal Finance team and with the respective marketplace channel SPOC on the claim processing 8. Coordinate with the 3PL warehouse partner on arranging the necessary documents and maintain the complete record of Returns shipment processing and claim status 9. Basic knowledge of QC process on garments. Skills: 1. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities 2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel 3. Basic Fluency in English would be added advantage 4. Strong understanding of Reverse supply chain management and Claim process.
