Company - VRKP Ispat Pvt Ltd (Steel Manufacturing Company) Position - Sr Executive - Talent Acquisition (Non IT Recruitment) Location - Bangalore (Hebbal) If you are interested kindly share your resume to seniormanagerta@ispat.vrkp.in Mentioned Current CTC and expected CTC End-to-End Recruitment Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for non-IT roles across functions such as engineering, production, maintenance, safety, HR, and finance. Strategic Sourcing Identify and attract talent using job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Monster), social media (LinkedIn, Facebook), and proactive outreach like headhunting. Talent Pipeline Management Build and nurture a strong candidate pipeline to meet both current and future workforce needs. Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, create job descriptions, and align on candidate profiles. Screening and Evaluation Conduct telephonic/video interviews to assess communication skills, technical experience, soft skills, and cultural fit. Interview Coordination Schedule and manage interviews, prepare candidates, gather post-interview feedback, and facilitate the selection process. Offer Management and Negotiation Handle salary discussions, issue offer letters, and guide candidates through onboarding and joining formalities. Candidate Experience Management Maintain transparent communication, reduce dropouts, and ensure a positive experience to strengthen the employer brand. Compliance and Reporting Keep recruitment data updated, generate hiring reports, and ensure all activities align with legal and company policies. Employer Branding & Networking Represent the company at job fairs, walk-ins, and campus drives while promoting company values and building future talent relationships. Preferred candidate profile 2 - 3 years of experience in end-to-end non IT recruitment within fast-paced and growth-oriented environments. Proficient in using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools , and advanced sourcing techniques like Boolean and X-ray searches . Skilled in full-cycle hiring , including candidate evaluation, stakeholder collaboration, and offer management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills , with a high emotional quotient for effective candidate engagement. Known for taking ownership , delivering results independently, and maintaining a detail-oriented, execution-driven approach.
