Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior executive Talent Acquisition to lead and manage the recruitment lifecycle for key positions within the organization. The ideal candidate will collaborate with hiring managers, utilize creative sourcing methods, and ensure exceptional candidate experience. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to attract top talent in a competitive market. Responsibilities include: • Full-Cycle Recruitment: • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective job descriptions. • Sourcing and Talent Pipeline Development: • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates, leveraging job boards, professional networks, social media, and recruitment agencies. • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs. • Candidate Assessment: • Conduct thorough interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit. • Use assessment tools and methodologies to ensure objective hiring decisions. • Employer Branding: • Promote the organization’s employer brand to attract and retain top talent. • Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences. • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing insights and market data to support decision-making. • Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process. • Data and Reporting: • Prepare regular reports to measure recruitment effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. • Qualifications and Skills: Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting. Strong sourcing and networking abilities, including familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced. Candidates from the KPOs and BPOs will be given priority. Immediate joiners required.
