Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced AM - Talent Acquisition to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing lateral hiring processes. This role demands a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Develop and Implement Talent Acquisition Strategies: Design and execute effective hiring strategies for bulk and lateral hiring to meet organizational needs. Collaborate with senior management to understand hiring requirements and align recruitment processes accordingly. Ensure a diverse and inclusive hiring process. Manage End-to-End Recruitment Process: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions. Use various recruitment tools and platforms to attract top talent. Lateral Hiring: Identify and recruit experienced professionals for mid to senior-level positions. Network and build relationships with industry professionals and potential candidates. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to ensure alignment on hiring needs and timelines. Provide regular updates on recruitment status and key metrics to senior management. Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors. Data and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate information. Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring processes. Prepare and present regular recruitment reports to senior management. Job Requirement Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on bulk and lateral hiring. Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes. Strong understanding of recruitment tools, ATS systems, and sourcing techniques. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
