Key Responsibilities: International Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement export sales strategies for tea products to drive business growth in international markets, with a focus on new and emerging markets. Identify new opportunities for expansion by analyzing global market trends, competitive landscape, and regional preferences. Monitor sales performance across key export markets, ensuring targets and revenue growth are achieved. Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, wholesalers, importers, and retailers to ensure optimal product distribution and visibility. Export Marketing & Brand Positioning: Oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies for tea products tailored to international markets, ensuring brand consistency and relevance in each region. Create targeted marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, print advertising, trade promotions, and point-of-sale activations, to boost brand awareness and product demand. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that product packaging, promotional materials, and communications are adapted to the cultural and regulatory needs of each export market. Position tea products effectively in key international markets, leveraging local consumer insights and market research. Export Compliance & Regulatory Management: Ensure all export activities comply with local laws and regulations in target markets, including product labeling, health claims, tariffs, and trade restrictions. Stay updated on the legal requirements for exporting FMCG products, particularly tea, to ensure smooth entry into new markets. Market Research & Consumer Insights: Conduct in-depth market research to understand consumer preferences, competitor activities, and market dynamics in different countries. Utilize insights to inform the development of export strategies, promotional campaigns, and product innovation. Analyze sales data and customer feedback to refine strategies and improve product offerings. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key export customers, including distributors, retail chains, and importers. Provide exceptional customer service to international clients, resolving any issues related to product quality, logistics, or marketing support. Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with distributors and customers, ensuring competitive pricing and profitability. Sales Forecasting & Budget Management: Develop accurate sales forecasts for international markets and monitor sales performance against targets. Prepare and manage the international sales and marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum ROI. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular updates to senior management. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, production, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products that meet international demand. Collaborate with finance and legal teams to ensure smooth customs and regulatory processes for exports. Coordinate with the supply chain team to manage stock levels, shipments, and delivery schedules for international orders. Trade Shows & Export Events: Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote tea products and expand the export network. Engage with potential buyers, distributors, and partners at these events to drive new business opportunities.
