For more insights of the company, kindly visit our website https://www.axismyindia.org Position: Senior Field Recruiter Position Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced field recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment of field surveyors for conducting door to door interviews across 700+ districts in India, with a focus on 2, 3, and 4 Tier cities. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in bulk hiring, particularly in the South India region, and the ability to communicate effectively in multiple regional languages. Key Responsibilities: Manage the complete recruitment process of surveyors for conducting door-to-door interviews. Conduct recruitment drives and collaborate with local teams to identify hiring needs and strategies for field force recruitment. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various positions, ensuring a diverse and qualified candidate pool. Conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates and provide feedback to management on recruitment metrics and candidate suitability. Develop and maintain strong relationships with local communities and networks to enhance recruitment efforts. Assist in developing recruitment strategies tailored to 2, 3, and 4 Tier cities requirements. Monitor and report on recruitment KPIs, including time to hire, candidate quality, and hiring volume. Ensure all recruitment procedures comply with company policies and legal regulations. Requirements Should be able to manage sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates (surveyors) in various districts across India. A minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, specifically in 2, 3, and 4 Tier cities. Proven experience in bulk hiring, with the ability to successfully hire more than 60 candidates in a month. Background in sectors such as BFSI, Insurance, Telecom, Logistics, Retail, Hospitality, Market Research, Media, FMCG, or FMCD is preferred. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to speak multiple regional languages (particularly Malayalam, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, etc.). Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting and documentation purposes. Comfortable with working in a dynamic environment and adapting recruitment strategies as needed.
