About the Partner Helping Build This Team This role is being hired through Curved Triangle, a Bangalore-based consultancy trusted by US startups to build high-performance engineering and product teams. We specialize in forming long-term, deeply aligned teams that work with clarity, purpose, and pride. What You’ll Do Own the development and evolution of our React-based frontend, working across a modern stack (Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS). Translate Figma designs into beautiful, accessible, and responsive UI components that feel fast and polished across devices. Work closely with product and design teams to implement end-to-end features and user journeys. Make architectural decisions to keep our frontend performant, scalable, and maintainable. Write well-structured, tested, and reusable code — following modern frontend best practices. Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate REST/GraphQL APIs and ensure smooth data flow. Optimize frontend performance (loading time, rendering speed, bundle size) and accessibility. Drive CI/CD, testing, and deployment workflows for the frontend with tools like GitHub Actions, Vercel, or similar. Participate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and uphold a culture of technical excellence. Keep up with the latest in the frontend ecosystem and bring ideas to improve velocity, maintainability, and UX. What We’re Looking For 5–10 years of professional frontend development experience, building and scaling production-grade applications. Expert-level knowledge of React.js (including Hooks and component patterns) and Next.js (SSR, ISR, and routing). Strong skills in TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and utility-first frameworks like Tailwind CSS. Experience translating designs from Figma into clean, responsive components with high UX fidelity. Familiarity with state management (Redux, Zustand, or Context API), modern testing tools (Jest, React Testing Library), and Git. Understanding of web performance, accessibility (WCAG), cross-browser compatibility, and security best practices. Exposure to CI/CD, frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite, or similar), and deployment environments like Vercel or Netlify. Experience consuming RESTful APIs or GraphQL endpoints in complex client-side applications. Excellent communication skills and comfort collaborating with global, async-first teams. A sense of ownership, accountability, and a desire to ship fast without sacrificing quality. Bonus Points Experience with component libraries like Storybook or building a design system. Familiarity with analytics instrumentation (Mixpanel, Segment) or feature flag systems. Awareness of cloud services (AWS/GCP/Firebase) or headless CMSs. Interest or experience using AI tools to improve productivity (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Figma AI, AI pair programming). Why Join Us?
