Senior Full Stack Developer

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in PHP, WordPress, and WooCommerce. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing complex web development projects, leading technical implementation, and mentoring junior developers when needed. Key Responsibilities: Architect, develop, and maintain complex WordPress websites and WooCommerce stores Build custom themes and plugins tailored to business needs Lead API integrations, performance optimization, and third-party service connections Ensure cross-browser compatibility, responsive design, and WCAG accessibility standards Conduct regular code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and enforce coding best practices Collaborate with UI/UX designers, content teams, and project managers to deliver seamless user experiences Maintain documentation for code, processes, and functionality Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in full stack web development Strong expertise in PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScrip In-depth experience with WordPress core, custom theme/plugin development , and WooCommerce architecture Familiarity with WordPress REST API , AJAX , and custom post types Hands-on experience with Git , Bitbucket/GitHub , and deployment pipelines Proficiency in optimizing site performance, security hardening, and SEO best practices Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good to Have: Experience with page builders like Elementor or WPBakery Knowledge of CI/CD , Docker , or cloud platforms like AWS Prior agency experience or working with international clients Perks & Benefits: Competitive compensation and performance bonuses Flexible working hours with a hybrid work environment Health insurance and paid time off Creative and collaborative team culture Opportunity to work on global projects with industry leaders
