Roles & Responibilities Design and Develop Applications Build and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web applications. System Architecture Define and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable application architectures. Code Quality Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code; conduct code reviews and unit testing. Mentorship Guide and mentor junior developers; promote best coding practices and team collaboration. Collaboration Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA teams to deliver features on time. Deployment & DevOps Set up CI/CD pipelines and manage deployments in cloud environments like AWS or Azure. Troubleshooting Diagnose and fix bugs or performance issues in a timely manner.
