Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer Location: Thane, MH, India Experience: 3+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: SaaS / Cloud Solutions / Enterprise Software Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with over 3 years of experience in modern JavaScript frameworks, particularly React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and Express.js. This role is ideal for candidates who excel in designing scalable, secure, and maintainable SaaS applications and possess a strong foundation in full-stack development. The right individual will bring leadership capabilities, technical depth, and a proactive mindset to a dynamic, agile team. --- Key Responsibilities: Architect, build, and maintain end-to-end web applications using React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and Express.js. Lead backend API design, performance optimization, and secure integration practices. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, UI/UX, and DevOps teams. Guide and mentor junior developers, perform code reviews, and set technical standards. Enforce CI/CD, testing, and security best practices across development. Integrate IAM protocols and application-level authentication strategies. Ensure compliance with enterprise SaaS requirements including BCDR and ADM. Participate in agile planning, backlog grooming, and sprint execution. --- Required Skills & Qualifications: 5+ years hands-on experience with React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and Express.js Proven experience building and maintaining SaaS-based applications. Proficiency in JavaScript; bonus if experienced in Python and Shell scripting. Solid understanding of state management tools (Redux, Zustand, etc.) Familiarity with Docker, Git, and CI/CD workflows Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or similar cloud platforms Experience with IAM, secure coding practices, and access control mechanisms Working knowledge of Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery and Application Dependency Mapping Strong communication and leadership skills --- Nice to Have: Experience with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD Integration with third-party APIs, analytics, or observability tools Contributions to open-source projects or active GitHub portfolio --- Why Join Us?
