Experience Range: 6 - 9 yrs We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer to join our AI solutions team in building cutting-edge AI solutions across content and sales platforms. Youll work with a dynamic team to integrate AI models, develop user-facing features, and optimize performance, all while working remotely from India. Responsibilities: Develop new AI-powered features aligned with the product roadmap while adhering to coding standards. Develop and implement APIs and services to integrate AI models into existing content and sales workflows. Build user interfaces for AI-powered features, such as content recommendation engines, personalized advertising, and automated content generation. Proactively identify and implement solutions to technical challenges, with a focus on optimizing AI performance and scalability. Investigate and resolve product issues as a key resource. Build, deploy, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code. Pay meticulous attention to detail; quickly learn and absorb new technologies. Be a strong team player and rapidly adapt to changing business and customer demands. Requirements: Bachelor s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. 6+ years of experience in a technology-focused role, with a strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and applications. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Proven experience working in an onshore-offshore model; open to working as part of a collaborative high-performing team; adaptable. Experience with Agile methodologies, project management tools (Jira), and collaboration platforms. Essential Technical Skills: Strong foundation in Python Cloud Computing (AWS, Azure) Experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, AWS AI tools, PyTorch, and scikit-learn a plus) API Development (RESTful APIs, GraphQL a plus) Modern JavaScript Frameworks (React, Vue.js, Angular) Database Expertise (SQL and NoSQL); experience working with large datasets, including data extraction, cleaning, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes. Desirable Skills: DevOps Practices (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes) Experience with AI model deployment (model optimization, serving, monitoring) Understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision Knowledge of the media industry, news production workflow, and/or Prospect to Pay workflows is highly desirable.
