Job Description

As a C4C senior functional consultant, you will support business users for C4C related topics to achieve defined business goals for the related tasks like Employee and Service Agent Management tasks; Master and page Layouts, Language Adaptations, Code list restrictions and other Administrator task; C4C business configuration, fine tuning activity and web service monitoring; Translation topics like - translation for CD fields, - translation for KUT fields Maintaining Workflow rules like - General Workflow Rules - C4S Rollout Workflow Rules Data Workbench Activities like - Data maintenance: Update/insert/delete (ASM, ISM KSB code etc) - Create Odata service - Creating migration template Configuration of C4C solution using OData, KUT, Workflows, MDR, Mashups SAP C4S Rollout Activities SAP Business One Rollouts and support functions
