Job Description

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer specialized in Packaging Design to join our design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating eye-catching, brand-aligned packaging that drives shelf appeal and enhances the consumer experience. You should have a strong understanding of visual hierarchy, branding, materials, and print production processes. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop packaging for new and existing products, from concept to final artwork. Collaborate with marketing, product development, and production teams to ensure packaging meets brand standards and business goals. Create mock-ups, dielines, and print-ready files. Ensure consistency across packaging materials for different SKUs and product lines. Conduct research on market trends and competitor packaging to inform design direction. Work with suppliers and printers to ensure packaging feasibility and quality. Maintain organized design files and version control. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in packaging design, preferably in [FMCG/retail/lifestyle/cosmetics/food & beverage] sectors. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Strong understanding of packaging materials, printing techniques, and dieline creation. Creative thinker with strong attention to detail. Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines. A strong portfolio showcasing packaging design work. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with 3D mock-up tools (e.g., Adobe Dimension, Blender, or Cinema 4D). Familiarity with sustainable packaging solutions. Basic knowledge of branding and marketing principles.
