Skills Qualification Proficiency in Adobe XD, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop to create high-quality designs and visual effects. Strong leadership and team management skills to lead a team of graphic designers and mentor them to achieve their best work. Excellent design ability to create visually appealing and engaging designs that meet our brand guidelines. Experience in a startup environment with a focus on B2C products and services. Experience with Illustrator to create custom illustrations and graphics. Strong understanding of design principles and trends to stay up-to-date with the latest design best practices. Bachelors Degree in a relevant field such as graphic design, visual arts, or related field. Responsibilities Lead a team of graphic designers to create high-quality designs for our B2C platform, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project deadlines. Develop and implement design strategies to enhance our brands visual identity and create a consistent design language across all touchpoints. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, marketing, and sales to ensure design alignment with business objectives. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers to help them improve their skills and advance in their careers. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve our design processes and outputs. Develop and maintain design assets, including style guides, design systems, and visual specifications. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including designers, product managers, and executives, to ensure design alignment and project success.
