Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer Location: GLA University, Greater Noida Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: 6 LPA to 8.5 LPA (Negotiable) Experience: 5+ Years Job Summary: GLA University is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to join our marketing and communications team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, supporting branding initiatives, and enhancing the universitys online and offline presence. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop engaging graphics for social media, websites, brochures, banners, posters, newsletters, and other marketing materials. Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns for university events, admissions, and promotions. Ensure consistency in design across all branding and marketing materials. Create and edit visual content, including infographics, newspaper ads, hoardings, banners and video thumbnails. Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to enhance creativity and efficiency. Can come up with out-of-the-box ideas. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferable. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, and InDesign. Experience with video editing tools like Premiere Pro or After Effects (preferred but not mandatory). Good knowledge of MS-Office. Strong creative thinking and the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling designs. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Prior experience in an educational institution or similar field is an added advantage. Why Join GLA University?
