What you will be doing: The Day-to-Day Magic:Make an impact with design – Create visually compelling assets that drive engagement and conversions.Test, tweak, and optimize – Develop A/B test variations to maximize campaign performance.Turn briefs into results – Translate client requests into strategic, high-impact design solutions.Balance creativity with efficiency – Manage client revisions seamlessly while maintaining creative integrity.Own the room – Present design concepts and strategic recommendations in client meetings.Stay ahead of the curve – Keep up with design trends, platform specs, and emerging tools.Support and inspire – Mentor junior designers and help grow their creative skills.Keep things consistent – Establish and maintain design standards and processes.Lead with confidence – Run team meetings and creative reviews that drive real results.
