Job Title: Senior HR Executive Location: Dubai, Department: Human Resources Reports To: HR Head We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Generalist to join our team in Dubai. Key Responsibilities: Attendance Management: Monitor and manage employee attendance records. Implement and maintain attendance tracking systems. Address attendance-related queries and discrepancies. Payroll Processing: Process payroll accurately and on time. Handle payroll-related queries and discrepancies. Leave Management: Process leave requests and maintain accurate records. Ensure compliance with leave policies and local labor laws. Provide support and guidance to employees regarding leave entitlements. Employee Support: Manage Employee VISA applications, work permits, and renewals. Handle flight bookings and accommodation arrangements. Ensure compliance with immigration regulations and company policies. General HR Support: Assist in employee onboarding and orientation. Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives. Maintain HR records and documentation. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. Proven experience in HR functions, particularly in attendance and leave management. Familiarity with UAE labor laws and immigration processes. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in handling international employee relocation. Knowledge of visa processing and work permit regulations in Dubai.
