Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making offers. Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are properly integrated into the company culture. Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries and grievances, ensuring a positive and productive work environment. Manage employee performance, conduct performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback. Implement and maintain employee engagement programs to foster a positive and collaborative work culture. Benefits and Compensation: Administer and maintain employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits. Manage payroll and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. HR Policy and Procedures: Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop and deliver training programs for employees. Support employee development by providing opportunities for growth and advancement. Other HR Functions: Maintain accurate HR records and databases. Assist with HR audits and compliance reviews. Collaborate with other departments to support company goals. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR management. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. 4-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Familiarity with HR software and systems. Experience with performance management systems and training programs.
