Role: Recruitment (End to End) Employee lifecycle Payroll & Compliances Performance Management Employee Engagement & Grievance Description: Manage the recruitment and selection process. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Manage attendance & Payroll on HRIS website. Manage vendor payments & PF ESIC payments. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures that are automated across the organization. Preferred candidate profile: 4 years of working experience as an HR executive /HR generalist. (FMCG Candidates Preferred) Education Qualifications- Preferred Masters degree in Business Management or similar. Knowledge of sourcing via multiple job portals. Good knowledge Indian Payroll & compliances.
