Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and organized HR Executive to join our team in the hospitality industry . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HR operations and payroll management, with a working knowledge of Tally ERP . This role requires a proactive individual who can handle recruitment, employee relations, HR documentation, and coordination between departments efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Maintain accurate employee records and handle documentation like offer letters, contracts, and ID cards. Oversee attendance, leave, and payroll processing , including statutory compliance (ESI, PF, etc.). Utilize Tally for HR-related entries, basic payroll accounting, and reporting. Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication. Handle disciplinary actions, grievances, and support a healthy work environment. Assist in performance appraisal cycles and training initiatives. Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of HR experience , preferably in the hospitality industry . Proficiency in Tally ERP (mandatory). Strong understanding of HR processes and Indian labor law compliance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Work Location: In person
