Job Title: - Interior Design Company Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition : Manage end-to-end recruitment for designers, Executives ,managers, digital marketing and support staffs. Collaborate with creative department heads to understand specific skill requirements for design and technical roles. Handle onboarding for new employees, introducing them to company culture, design processes, and tools. Learning & Development : Identify skills gaps specific to interior design (e.g., software skills, creative development, project management). Organzing training sessions, and external courses in design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp), project management, and client relations. Support professional growth by offering training on industry trends, materials, and sustainable design practices. Employee Relations & Engagement : Facilitate communication between management and staff, addressing any workplace conflicts, performance issues, or grievances. Promote a positive and collaborative work environment, often in a creative setting. Develop team-building activities to enhance collaboration between design, sales, and project management teams. Performance Management : Implement performance reviews tailored to creative and technical roles, focusing on both creativity and project delivery timelines. Work closely with leadership to ensure performance improvement plans are in place for underperforming employees. Compensation, Benefits & Compliance : Administer payroll, benefits, and ensure competitive salaries based on industry standards for design professionals. Ensure compliance with labor laws and workplace safety regulations, particularly around on-site project work and client meetings. HR Policy Development : Update and implement HR policies that reflect the unique working conditions in the interior design industry, such as client interactions, project deadlines, and flexible work environments. Create policies around intellectual property, design copyrights, and the use of company-owned design assets and materials. Encourage wellness initiatives, especially given the high-pressure nature of design projects with tight deadlines. HR Data & Analytics : Maintaining HR records, such as Attendance, Leaves, Holidays. Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality. Maintaining and regularly updating master database (personal file, personal database, etc.) of each employee Track employee engagements to ensure proper compliance and payment. Work Schedule : Day shift (Work from Office) - Monday to Saturday Timings : 10.30 am to 6.30 pm Salary competitive based on the experience.
