About the Role As a Senior HR Generalist, you ll play a key role in shaping our HR operations and supporting HR initiatives across the company. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth employee experience, helping with recruitment, onboarding, and performance management, and working on strategic HR projects. This role will give you the opportunity to expand your HR expertise, develop your leadership skills, and make a real impact in a fast-growing company. Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support in their daily activities Establish team goals and KPIs, monitor progress, and ensure delivery of high-quality HR services Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions to promote development and alignment Talent Acquisition: Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent Oversee full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to offer management Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and professional networks Monitor recruitment metrics and optimise hiring processes Guide hiring managers through recruitment best practices Onboarding Employee Experience: Develop and enhance employee onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires Create and maintain employee engagement initiatives Manage employee relations issues and provide conflict resolution support Implement employee feedback mechanisms and satisfaction surveys Drive initiatives to improve workplace culture and employee well-being Learning Development: Identify training needs and design development programs for various employee levels Coordinate with external training providers and manage training budgets Create career development frameworks and progression paths Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through various metrics Facilitate internal knowledge sharing and mentoring programs Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance review processes Guide managers in setting objectives and conducting evaluations Develop performance improvement plans when needed Create and maintain performance metrics and reporting systems Support succession planning initiatives HR Data Reporting: Generate and analyse HR metrics and KPIs Prepare monthly/quarterly reports on key HR metrics Maintain HRIS data accuracy and integrity Create data visualisations and presentations for stakeholders Provide data-driven recommendations for HR initiatives. HR Projects Policy Development: Lead HR improvement projects from conception to implementation Develop and update HR policies and procedures Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations Manage the employee handbook and policy documentation Coordinate with legal team on policy matters when needed Requirements: 5-6 years of progressive HR experience Minimum 2 years of team leadership experience Strong understanding of HR fundamentals, comfortable with HR software and tools Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills for interacting with employees, candidates, and leadership. Ability to take ownership of tasks, identify areas for improvement, and drive solutions with minimal guidance.
