The role involves ensuring smooth execution of HR policies while managing an HR team. Key Responsibilities Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management Manage payroll, compliance, and HRMS implementation Handle performance reviews, employee engagement, and retention strategies Ensure labor law compliance, HR audits, and policy updates Requirements Bachelor’s degree (PG in HR preferred) 4-7 years of HR operations & compliance experience Proficiency in HRMS & MS Office (Excel) Strong communication & knowledge of labor laws Role & responsibilities
