Basic Requirements Proven work experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role with a minimum of 4+ years or more Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field Stationed at our Head office in Domlur, Bangalore Should have experience in preparation of all HR & Admin reports in Google sheet and formulas Strong leadership skills and experience in leading a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Mandatory verbal and written communication skills in Hindi, English & Kannada Familiarity with and understanding of applicable local labor legislation History of success in recruitment, problem-solving, and employee development Ability to build strong relationships with all levels of management Hands-on experience with HR Management Software like GreytHR or similar including payroll systems Complete understanding and familiarity with application tracking systems, payroll management systems, and talent acquisition tools Strong analytic and strategic thinking skills with the ability to drive changes Excellent & strong skills in mentorship, leadership, and problem-solving Ability to work in a complex and agile work environment Friendly and supportive behaviour Willing to learn and evolve more Skills to follow and make others follow the organizational culture and SOPs Experience in doing end-to-end all HR formalities like staffing, recruitment, documentation, interview screening, joining & exiting formalities, appraisals, payroll, statutory complaints, consultant management, etc. Prefers candidates with their own vehicle Key Basic Responsibilities Generate and manage all HR reports regularly Clearly define, instruct, and monitor the HR team’s work, objectives,s and progress Create and execute company policies that support a safe and healthy workplace. Create reports and strategies for pay and benefits Manage the overall hiring procedure and consultant management Conduct and manage Induction training, learning & development program Make sure that employees’ requests and grievances are addressed promptly by the HR department. Uphold HR practices that adhere to labor laws Developing staff compensation and benefits plans Suggest changes and improvements for the better functioning and productivity of the HR department Conduct exciting and fun sessions like events to engage the employees more Observe and analyze the performance metrics and report to HOD Provide time-to-time feedback to employees on their performance Ensures that both the department and employees comply with the company’s policies and state-level rules and regulations Analyze HR statistics and metrics like employee performance, turnover, and retention Work, plan and generate all reports and documents of all admin levels like stay, uniform, food, benefits, etc Criteria Experience of minimum 4-10 years Salary Budget - 5.5 lacs - 6 lacs PA Job Location - Bengaluru(Domlur Layout) Languages - Must be fluent to Speak in English & Hindi Mandatory - Google sheet with basic formula knowledge and good computer skills Working Days & Time - Monday to Saturday from 10 Am to 6:30 Pm Role : Head - HR Industry Type : Hotels & Restaurants Department : Human Resources Employment Type : Full Time, Permanent Role Category : HR Operations Education : UG Any Graduate Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Ability to commute/relocate: Domlur, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
