As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring needs. 2. Source and attract candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals). 3. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit. 4. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and preferences. 5. Manage job postings, candidate communications, and interview scheduling. 6. Ensure compliance with recruitment regulations and company policies. 7. Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize strategies. 8. Make a minimum of 30 outbound calls per day to potential candidates. 9. Achieve a minimum of 2 successful selections per week. Requirements: 1. 1+ year of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 4. Knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms. 5. Analytical and problem-solving skills. 6. Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
