Role & responsibilities We are looking for a Senior HR Recruitment & Induction who will play a key role in hiring the right talent for Here Quality Excellence Pvt. Ltd. (HQEPL) and our manufacturing clients. You will be responsible for driving and leading the recruitment process, ensuring that open positions are filled quickly and efficiently using various job portals and recruitment strategies. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Recruitment & Hiring Lead the recruitment process for Here Quality and its clients, ensuring fast closures for key positions. Utilize job portals, social media, professional networks, and headhunting techniques to attract top talent. Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates to ensure alignment with role expectations. Coordinate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create structured hiring processes. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Induction & Onboarding Develop and execute an efficient onboarding process for new hires. Ensure smooth documentation, orientation, and training for new employees. Collaborate with department heads to create role-specific induction plans. Regularly check in with new employees to ensure a positive experience and retention. Requirements 5+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in the manufacturing sector. Strong knowledge of job portals, LinkedIn, headhunting techniques, and sourcing strategies. Experience in screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates across different roles. Familiarity with onboarding and induction processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and close positions quickly.
