We are seeking a proactive and skilled Associate HRBP to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing HR operations, enhancing employee relations, and implementing effective HR management strategies to support business growth. Key Responsibilities: HR Operations Manage daily HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining accurate employee records. Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline HR processes. Ensure HR data compliance with organizational standards and legal requirements. Employee Relations Serve as the primary contact for employees, addressing concerns and resolving workplace issues. Foster a positive and collaborative workplace environment through effective employee engagement initiatives. Safeguard sensitive employee information with strict confidentiality. HR Policy Implementation Assist in creating, updating, and enforcing HR policies aligned with company goals. Ensure policies adhere to labor laws and industry regulations. HR Management Support performance management initiatives, including appraisals and feedback sessions. Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives. Employee Engagement Plan and execute activities and events to enhance team morale and collaboration. Conduct employee feedback surveys and implement actionable recommendations for improvement. Key Requirements: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in HR operations, employee relations, or HR management. In-depth understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices. Proven expertise in developing and implementing HR policies and SOPs. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational abilities with proficiency in data management. High level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
