Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned: - Administering HR Systems, Policies, and processes in line with the business requirements at the direction of the Head of HR, India. Supporting end to end recruitment lifecycle in line with TAT Objectives and organizational processes. Supporting Access, Time, and Attendance, Leave, and Payroll Inputs and queries surrounding it. Managing whole Employee Lifecycle including Issuance of offer letter, onboarding, induction, Warning letters, Promotion Letters, Salary Revisions and Exits. Managing Learning and development process including identification of training needs, trainers, Content, delivery, and training records. Helping HR team in Performance management lifecycle including Goal setting, Periodic Performance Reviews, Data Analytics and Management reports. Assisting management and UDC US Counterparts with information and strategic advice on India HR practices. Possesses comprehensive knowledge of the POSH Act and is equipped to conduct effective POSH awareness sessions within the office Leading and implementing various employee engagement initiatives. Assisting / managing vendors as and when required. Should understand and meet the quality standards and maintain records as required by the ISO 9001:2015 / ISO 27001:2022.
