Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Manager located in Pune, PCMC Area. The Senior Human Resources Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Day-to-day tasks involve overseeing recruitment processes, managing employee relations, performance appraisals, and implementing HR policies. The role also includes leading training and development programs, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and fostering a positive and productive workplace culture. Qualifications Extensive experience in human resources management and employee relations Skills in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management Competence in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures Proven leadership and strategic planning abilities Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred) Knowledge of labor laws and regulations Experience in real estate or a related industry is a plus Preferred Real Estate Background .
