About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telesales Manager to lead our telesales operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large sales teams (80+ associates), excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to drive performance using data insights and sales metrics. Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage telesales teams across multiple locationsDrive sales targets and ensure high team productivity and performanceMonitor daily/weekly/monthly performance metrics and take data-driven decisionsDesign and implement sales processes, scripts, and campaigns for various products/servicesCollaborate with training and quality teams to ensure consistent performance and developmentMotivate and mentor team leaders and associates to achieve KPIsPrepare and present reports, forecasts, and insights to senior managementUse CRM tools and dashboards to track progress and identify improvement areasDrive hiring, training, and onboarding of telesales associates as needed Requirements:6+ years of experience in telesales or inside sales, with 3+ years in a managerial roleProven experience managing large teams (80+ associates) across multiple locationsStrong analytical skills; ability to make data-backed decisionsHands-on experience with sales CRMs and performance dashboardsExcellent communication, leadership, and people management skillsStrong problem-solving ability and a result-oriented mindsetBachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus Preferred Skills:Experience in EdTech, FinTech, Insurance, or BPO sectorsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentFluent in English and regional languages
