Job Title: Techno-Functional Integration Manager Location: Gurgaon Department: Technology Reporting to: IT Lead Experience: 4-5 years (with strong exposure to lending technology) Industry: NBFC / Fintech / Lending Job Overview: We are seeking a Techno-Functional Integration Manager with 4-5 years of experience in the lending or NBFC sector to manage the integration of various digital platforms, internal systems, and third-party services. The ideal candidate will have both functional understanding of lending workflows and technical acumen in APIs and data flows. You ll play a key role in enhancing our digital lending capabilities through seamless integration across platforms such as LOS, LMS, CRM, credit bureaus, and payment systems. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business and product teams to gather integration requirements across lending lifecycle (origination, underwriting, disbursement, servicing, collections). Work with internal development teams or third-party vendors to implement system integrations via APIs, webhooks, or middleware tools. Manage and maintain API documentation, data flow diagrams, and integration specs. Coordinate with credit bureau, KYC, and payment gateway partners for technical onboarding and system interface. Troubleshoot integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure timely resolution. Conduct SIT/UAT testing with cross-functional teams before go-live of any integration. Ensure all integrations meet compliance, security, and data privacy standards. Continuously optimize integration performance and support automation of manual workflows. Must-Have Qualifications: 4-5 years of work experience in the lending/NBFC domain, ideally with digital loan products. Exposure to loan origination systems (LOS), loan management systems (LMS), and API-based integrations. Technical knowledge of RESTful APIs, JSON/XML, SQL, and data mapping. Familiarity with tools like Postman, Swagger, JIRA, and data visualization or documentation tools. Understanding of NBFC regulatory and compliance ecosystem (CKYC, eNACH, credit bureaus, etc.). Strong analytical and communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Skills: Basic scripting or programming experience (Python/Java preferred but not mandatory). Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and microservices architecture is a plus.
