Role & responsibilities* * Concept Development: Create innovative and functional interior design concepts based on client requirements and industry trends. * Project Management: Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. * Client Interaction: Conduct meetings, present design proposals, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project. * Space Planning & Design Execution: Develop detailed space planning, layouts, and design solutions that align with project goals. * Material & Vendor Coordination: Select materials, finishes, and furnishings while collaborating with suppliers and contractors. * Team Leadership: Guide and mentor junior designers, ensuring creative and technical excellence in project execution. * Technical Drawings & Documentation: Prepare and review detailed drawings, specifications, and 3D visualizations. * Site Supervision: Monitor on-site progress and coordinate with contractors for seamless implementation. * Budget & Cost Control: Manage budgets, estimate costs, and suggest cost-effective solutions without compromising quality. * Compliance & Regulations: Ensure designs meet local building codes, safety standards, and sustainability guidelines' Female Candidate Immediate joining
