Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT industry, with a strong background in IT infrastructure, network engineering, and systems administration. Key Responsibilities: Windows 11 Management: Expertise in managing Windows 11 environments and handling migrations. Intune and SOE Management: Proficient in using Microsoft Intune for device management and software packaging. Microsoft Defender: Skilled in deploying and managing Microsoft Defender for endpoint security. Azure Cloud Management: Preferred experience in managing Azure resources such as virtual machines, databases, migration services, policies, and Azure Defender for Cloud. Microsoft 365 Administration: Proficiency in administering Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, TEAMS, and Office Suite. (some certifications preferable) Technical Troubleshooting: Advanced troubleshooting skills to resolve complex technical issues in a modern workplace environment. Documentation: Strong ability to document processes and configurations and provide clear guidelines for team members. Network Management: Understanding and configuration of network firewalls, LAN, WAN, VLAN, and SD-WAN technologies. Experience with firewalls (e.g., SonicWall, Checkpoint) Experience with DNS management Experience with network routers and switches Experience with wireless technologies Problem-solving: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience as an IT Infrastructure Engineer, Network Engineer, or Systems Administrator. Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience. Proven experience with the responsibilities and technologies listed above.
