Kaseyais the leading provider of complete IT infrastructure and security management solutions for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and internal IT organizations worldwide powered by AI Kaseyas best-in-breed technologies allow organizations to efficiently manage and secure IT to drive sustained business success Kaseya has achieved sustained, strong double-digit growth over the past several years and is backed by Insight Venture Partners insightpartners ), a leading global private equity firm investing in high-growth technology and software companies that drive transformative change in the industries they serve, Founded in 2000, Kaseya currently serves customers in over 20 countries across a wide variety of industries and manages over 15 million endpoints worldwide To learn more about our company and our award-winning solutions, go to Kaseya and for more information on Kaseyas culture, please click here: Kaseya Culture, Kaseya is not your typical company We are not afraid to tell you exactly who we are and our expectations We have achieved record levels of success being BOLD, being GRITTY, being ACCOUNTABLE The thousands of people that succeed at Kaseya are prepared to go above and beyond for the betterment of our customers, and the betterment of their careers and long-term financial wealth, Title: Sr Network Engineer Location: Bangalore, India Experienced Sr IT Network Engineer overseeing network architecture, security implementation, performance optimization and troubleshooting, proactive maintenance for seamless operations, and guidance to Team members Ideally, 10+ years of experience in enterprise network engineering, 3+ years working with Cisco ISE and being an expert in it, Responsibilities Assist in creating project plans, timelines, and schedules, Responsible for planning for the expansion of network capacity to support the company's growth, Advanced troubleshooting and resolving the most complex network performance and connectivity problems Take ownership of network issues, network functionality, and accountability for your work, Troubleshoot routing issues, communicate with carriers/providers and execute solutions to solve service-impacting situations, Work with network hardware vendors to diagnose and recommend resolutions for hardware outages, bugs, and scalability limitations, Research and work with new networking hardware or technologies, In-dept experience capacity planning, designing, deploying, and supporting infrastructure data, voice and video networks, to support virtualization architecture SAN configuration, Hyper-V, ESXi, etc required Skills Hands-on working experience with Palo Alto and Meraki firewalls, Cisco 6500s, Nexus, and Meraki switch devices, Catalyst 9k switches Cisco ISE, Extensive ISE troubleshooting skills in both CLI and GUI, integrations(configure ISE with wired, wireless, and VPN networks), Proven experience in LAN/WAN topologies as it relates to routing & switching configuration and protocol implementation, network security, segmentation, endpoint policy enforcement, and Intrusion detection Strong understanding in the following technologies and protocols: RADIUS, PKI, IKE, Certificates, L2TP, NAT, BGP, OSPF, VRRP, IPSEC, FIREWALL, 802 1Q, MD5, SSH, SSL, TLS, SHA1, DES, 3DES, TACACS+, and 802 1x, SD-WAN, Ability to use tools like Wireshark, Nagios, or SolarWinds for monitoring, analysing, and diagnosing network issues, Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, PowerShell) for automating network tasks, Understanding of wireless protocols (e-g , Wi-Fi 6) and securing wireless networks, Experience with cloud networking services (e-g , AWS VPC, Azure Virtual Network), Awareness of industry-specific compliance requirements (e-g , HIPAA, PCI-DSS, SOC -2, GDPR), Proficiency in configuring, managing, and troubleshooting network devices such as routers, switches, IDS, IPS and firewall, Strong experience in designing, Implementing and supporting Microsoft Azure Networking Solution Communications/Leadership Excellent communication oral, written, and interpersonal skills, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Ability to develop effective and cooperative working relationships across multiple areas, Education/Technology Bachelors degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, or a related field, Preferred Qualification: Relevant certification such as CCNPSecurity | CCNP-Enterprise/ Design, AZ-104 , MS Azure AZ-700 Experience with Palo Alto network configuration and management preferred PCNSE, PCNSA, or PCSSA is preferred, Experience in similar role with large, complex organizations implementing Cisco ISE Join the Kaseya growth rocket ship and see how we are #ChangingLives !
