Job Description

The IT recruiter will be responsible for executing end-to-end recruitment processes to identify, attract, and onboard top talent. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, developing sourcing strategies, mentoring junior recruiters, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Location: Nagpur/Pune/Chennai/Bangalore Type of Employment: Full-time Key Result Areas and Activities : Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Utilize multiple sourcing channels (job boards, social media, referrals) to attract IT professionals using LinkedIn, naukri, Indeed, etc. Screen resumes and conduct initial screening to assess technical skills and cultural fitment of candidates Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to IT roles and business requirements Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the job requirements Prepare & share findings on the market intelligence, as per the requirements Process Management: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance and candidate onboarding Maintain accurate candidate records and track recruitment metrics to report on progress Adhere to established recruitment SLAs & job posting guidelines Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide timely recruitment updates Essential Skills: 5+ years of relevant experience in IT recruitment preferable in Data and Analytics Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior-level roles Expertise in sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and social media Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills Data-driven approach to measure and refine recruitment performance Ability to manage relationships with recruitment agencies, staffing vendors Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field/ master s degree in human resources At least 5 years of IT recruitment experience Qualities: Self-motivated and focused on delivering outcomes for a fast-growing team and firm Able to consult, write, and present persuasively Able to iterate based on new information, peer reviews, and feedback Able to work with teams and clients in different time zones
