Salary: 2.5 lakhs to 7.5 lakhs per annum (includes performance-based incentives, conveyance & accommodation) Location: Multiple Locations (Chennai, Pondicherry & other locations in Tamil Nadu) Job description We are looking for experienced IT Recruiters (Must have very good fluency in English) to support our US client. This role requires working in night shift from India to support U.S. time zones. This role involves sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates while ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact through onboarding. Key Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social networks, professional associations, and databases to source candidates for technical roles. Job Postings: Craft and post optimized job listings on relevant boards and websites. Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and assess candidates' technical qualifications. Technical Assessment : Evaluate technical skills via interviews, assessments, and reference checks. Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct technical and behavioural interviews. Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and technical teams to align recruitment with departmental needs. Talent Pipelining: Build a pipeline of qualified technical candidates for future roles. Offer Negotiation: Support in job offer preparation and negotiation to align with company compensation standards. Onboarding: Facilitate smooth transitions for new hires. Data Management: Keep accurate candidate data. Qualifications: Experience: 4+ years in technical recruitment for U.S.-based roles. Skills: Strong communication, ATS proficiency, knowledge of U.S. employment laws, and familiarity with technical skills/roles. Shift: Must be willing to work night shifts.
