Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the design, development and deployment of applications. Expertise in Java Spring boot MVC framework, ReactJS, relational databases, in-memory data bases and messaging applications (KAFKA). Manage a team of developers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and performance feedback. Resource management skills and ability to handle the complex issues. Delegate and allocates responsibilities effectively to manage project end to end. Coordinate and manage outsourced development teams, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables. Manage code repositories using Git, ensuring effective version control, branching strategies, and releases management. Handle change requests (CRs), enhancement tasks and bug fixing activities for existing production applications. Oversee project planning, task allocation, and ensure on-time deliver of project milestones and releases. Drive and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline code integration, testing, and deployment processes. Redefine the applications to maintain the scalable, resilience. Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and clean code principles. Review and improve existing application architectures for performance, scalability, and security. Actively collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, QA teams, and infrastructure teams to achieve project goals. Maintain comprehensive documentation for project specifications, processes, and procedures. Identify and resolve technical and operational issues proactively. Good working knowledge on Payments/Banking Domain. Good Knowledge on Windows server, Linux, Postgres SQL, Maria DB, KAFKA, Redis and Automation tools like JENKINS.
