Senior Java Solution Architect (21-22 yrs)

Job Overview : We are looking for a highly experienced Java Solutions Architect (20+ years) with strong hands-on coding skills and the ability to design, navigate, and implement complex technical solutions. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in Java, cloud-native architectures, and OpenShift, while working closely with architects and leadership teams. Immediate joiners preferred. Key Responsibilities : Hands-On Coding & Solution Development :- Actively contribute to coding, debugging, and optimizing Java-based enterprise solutions.- Design and implement scalable, cloud-native architectures using modern Java frameworks (Spring Boot, Quarkus, Micronaut, etc.).- Provide deep technical expertise in microservices, APIs, and distributed systems. Technical Solution Navigation & Architecture :- Work closely with architects and development teams to design robust technical solutions.- Evaluate scalability, performance, and security aspects of architectures.- Guide teams in adopting best practices for CI/CD, DevOps, and containerization. OpenShift & Cloud-Native Implementation :- Strong experience in Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.- Design, deploy, and manage applications on OpenShift-based cloud platforms.- Optimize workloads and microservices architecture for high availability and performance.
