What We’re Looking For 5–6 years of strong experience with Laravel and PHP. Expertise in Laravel, RESTful APIs, MySQL/PostgreSQL, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Proven track record of designing and scaling backend systems. Familiarity with modern development tools and processes like Git, CI/CD, Docker, etc. Experience with Laravel ecosystem tools like Eloquent, Blade, Forge, Horizon, etc. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Ability to work independently and mentor junior developers. Strong understanding of MVC architecture and Object-Oriented Programming principles. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and scale web applications using Laravel. Collaborate with front-end developers and product managers to deliver feature-rich solutions. Review code and provide technical guidance to junior developers. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.
