What Youll Do Design, architect, and implement scalable backend systems using Go / Node.js Own and drive key components and services within our BI product suite Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical leadership within the team Work closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Data Engineers Define and enforce best practices in code quality, testing, CI/CD, and documentation Identify performance bottlenecks and lead optimization efforts Actively participate in code reviews, system design, and decision-making processes What Were Looking For 5+ years of hands-on experience in backend development Strong expertise in Node.js OR Experience in Go (or a solid commitment to adopt Go as a primary language) Proven experience in designing and building scalable RESTful APIs and microservices Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases Good understanding of system design, architecture patterns, concurrency, and distributed systems Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance tuning skills Experience mentoring engineers and leading small teams is a plus Comfortable working in a product engineering environment where quality and ownership matter Nice to Have Experience with Go in a production environment Familiarity with BI/Analytics platforms or enterprise SaaS products Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Exposure to containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) Work Model Hybrid / Remote work option is available for candidates with 5+ years of experience Collaboration with globally distributed teams (Plano, Texas & Chennai) Why Join Us?
