Senior Lead - Information Security

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced candidate to join our Information Security team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking and executing security incident response activities, developing and delivering comprehensive security awareness training programs, and contributing to the overall improvement of our organization's security posture. Responsibilities: Incident Management: Manage the incident response lifecycle, including detection, analysis, containment and closure. Maintain accurate incident documentation and reporting. Ensure corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders during security incidents, including Legal, Operations, HR, Support functions etc. Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats and vulnerabilities. Manage the incident response team and provide guidance and mentorship. Training and Awareness: Develop effective and engaging security awareness training programs. Create and maintain org wide monthly security awareness campaigns Provide security training to new employees during onboarding. Conduct phishing simulations and other security awareness exercises. Track and report compliance status to the respective stakeholders to ensure compliance Maintain and update security policies and procedures. Provide specialized training on specific security topics as and when required Stay up to date on current security awareness training best practices. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree/Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 4-7 years of experience in information security, with a focus on incident management and security awareness training Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in developing and delivering security awareness training programs. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
