We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Lecturer to join our Junior College faculty in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in Economics, Commerce, or Civics and proven teaching experience at the 11th and 12th grade (Junior College) level. Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and effective lectures in Economics, Commerce, or Civics to Junior College students. Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments in line with the curriculum. Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing feedback and academic support. Participate in faculty meetings, academic planning, and college events. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of subject matter and teaching methodologies. Required Qualifications: Post-Graduation in Economics, Commerce, Civics, or a related field. B.Ed qualification is mandatory. Minimum 23 years of teaching experience at the Junior College level (11th & 12th classes). Preferred Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills.
