Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and manage legal documentation, including contracts and agreements. Handle all non-litigation legal matters, focusing on compliance, regulatory issues, and corporate governance. Provide timely legal advice to support business functions, ensuring contracts and legal documents are legally sound. Manage risk mitigation strategies through legal documentation and compliance. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure legal and regulatory compliance in business operations. Maintain and organize legal records and documents. Requirements: LLB or equivalent law degree. 10+ years of legal experience, with expertise in non-litigation, contract management, and legal drafting. Strong knowledge of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and legal documentation. Excellent attention to detail, drafting, and negotiation skills. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to handle multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
