About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Machine Learning Engineer with solid hands-on experience in machine learning, data analysis, and statistical modeling. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python, experience with large language models (LLM) and prompting, as well as a deep understanding of machine learning algorithms. Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and deploy machine learning models, including predictive models, statistical models, and recommender systems. Develop and implement effective prompting techniques and fine-tuning for large language models (LLM). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and integrate machine learning solutions into business applications. Analyze large datasets and represent data insights through various forms of visualization and interpretation. Build, validate, and optimize machine learning models using classification-based methods (e.g., Logistic Regression) and clustering techniques. Work on data pipelines and ensure efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes. Apply NLP techniques for solving language-based problems and ensure the effective implementation of Elasticsearch for indexing and searching. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and help shape machine learning practices within the team. Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning, NLP, and related technologies. Requirements: Education: BE/B.Tech in Computer Science or an equivalent degree. Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in machine learning, statistical modeling, or recommender systems. At least 1 year of experience working with large language models (LLM) and prompt engineering. Solid hands-on experience in Python with a focus on data analysis, model building, and representation of insights. Proficiency in statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and classification algorithms (e.g., Logistic Regression). Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and neural networks. Prior experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Elasticsearch is advantageous. Familiarity with big data platforms and tools is highly desirable.
