Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with overall business goals. Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to deliver innovative campaigns across digital, content, events, and traditional channels. Oversee market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs. Drive brand positioning and messaging to ensure consistent market presence and differentiation. Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with pipeline and product launches. Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively for maximum ROI. Measure and report on marketing performance using KPIs and analytics, adjusting strategies as needed. Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners. Ensure compliance with regulatory and brand standards. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred. 7+ years of progressive experience in marketing roles, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership position. Proven track record of leading successful marketing campaigns and driving business growth. Strong expertise in digital marketing, brand strategy, and data-driven decision making. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships. Proficiency with marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and digital advertising platforms. Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: Experience in B2B and/or B2C marketing within [industry e.g., technology, FMCG, healthcare]. Knowledge of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media strategy. Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Salesforce. Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing change initiatives.
