This translates into high growth success: Aurionpro grew more than 30% last FY to cross the $100m barrier To know more about the organization, you may go through the company website: - www.aurionpro.com or feel free to speak to me Position Senior Manager Accounts & Finance Opening / Location Rabale, Navi Mumbai Qualification CA / ICWA Experience: 8-10 years Department: Accounts and Finance Reports to: Finance Controller/ CFO ROLE: Incumbent to oversee general accounting operations by controlling and verifying financial transactions & assisting the leadership. He/ She will manage a set of accounting activities to ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles, corporate policies and external audits. Person will manage the monthly closing of accounts, Internal Audit, Statutory Audits and preparation of reports in support of the financial statements. He/ She will look into Accounting & Reporting, analysis and reconciliation of accounts and in development and implementation of accounting policies, procedures and controls. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITY: Preparation and manage of Monthly Group Consolidated and standalone Financial Statements and distribution of the same for Group reporting, maintaining the highest quality, reliability and accuracy. Oversees quarterly Limited review results and LODR compliances and Annual financial reporting. Liasoning with statutory auditors and internal auditors for smooth closure of audits. Lead in monthly closing process, including reconciliations and analysis of related accounts. Responsible for hierarchy and scalability in chart of accounts and accuracy in the general ledger and financial statements and has ultimate authority over classification and booking of transactions. Coordinate, oversee and managing audits the foreign subsidiaries companies audit and reporting. Resolve accounting issues including evaluation and implementation of new accounting pronouncements to ensure relevant foreign GAAP and IAS compliance. Review of Business MIS and Reconciliation - of MIS with books of accounts. Ensure compliance with internal control policies. Design proper internal control mechanisms. Managing and hand on experience in corporate strategies and planning events, i.e. Merger and Acquisitions, demerger and business restructuring, QIP/IPO, Valuations and due diligence, Ratings etc. Understanding over ERP functionalities, Domestic & Overseas Companies Financials,Statutory/ Regulatory Compliances & Shared Services activities. Effective in steering overall accounting operations, taxation and audit, implementing business processes & operational improvements
